Michael Jackson: Prince symbol row

Prince has done a disappearing act...from the cover of Michael Jackson's new album 'Michael'.

The cover initially included Prince's symbol (known as a glyph) just to the right of the tiger head.

Artist Kadir Nelson claims he based the album cover design on "key moments and important people in Michael Jackson's life".

It was the website Dr. Funkenberry.com that was first alerted to its inclusion and when they contacted Prince's people they replied, "No permission was granted"

Sony Entertainment has subsequently removed the symbol.
