Ant will not be joining Dec in Australia this year… so who could be his replacement?
After Ant McPartlin released a statement confirming he would not be presenting this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here, so tongues began wagging as to who would take his place alongside Dec Donnelly.

While nobody has been confirmed as of yet, there are a few names that could potentially be lined up for the role.

For some of their recent commitments, Dec has been going it alone – so it very well could be the case that he takes the reigns of I’m a Celeb… solo this year. However, the thing most viewers love the most about the show is the banter between him and Ant, so it’s likely they will enlist a co-host for one year only.
Scarlett Moffatt
Scarlett’s a regular face on Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway so it wouldn’t be a surprise if she was chosen given that she already has a relationship with the presenting duo. She’s also a previous I’m a Celeb... winner herself so that can only help!

Fans love Stephen’s chemistry with Ant and Dec on Britain’s Got Talent, so he could be a front runner to step into Ant’s shoes.

Joel’s presented I’m a Celebrity… Extra Camp and has been a contestant in the jungle too, so he’s definitely got the credentials to be put forward for the job.
