Where has he got all this money from!?
Whilst he was busy trying to couple up on 'Love Island' earlier this summer, Jonny Mitchell's Instagram account became the subject of a lot of coversations as it turned out he was pretty wealthy.
Travelling on private jets and going on fancy holidays appeared to be the norm for Jonny as he posted plenty of luxurious snaps, but now he really has proven he's the richest contestant in the show's history.
According to reports, he's actually earned £1.2 million pounds this year through FOREX Trading and now he's buying his own island. That's right, the Love Islander is buying an ACTUAL island.
Speaking to a tabloid about Jonny's potential purchase of the island, a source close to Jonny revealed, “He has investors helping him but yes he has. It will be $20m upwards, and he has plans to turn it into a love island.”
“The plan is for him to buy it and develop it, before allowing wealthy couples the chance to hire the whole island along with a concierge service for the couples' every needs.”
So he's gone from spending his summer trying not to be bopoted off an island to potentially becoming the owner of his very own paradise all during 2017 - what a year!
The £15 million island that Jonny has his eye on is called Broad Key Island and it's just off the coast of Florida. Could the reality star potentially look to launch his own version of the hit show to rival the programme that helped launch him into our lives?
