The 'R.I.P.' singer sys she has too much to achieve in music to take on a permanent judging role.
Rita Ora has revealed she was recently approached about a potential judging spot on The X Factor UK but turned the position down.
The 'Radioactive' singer, who served as a guest judge on the 2012 series of the show, says there have been talks but admits she wouldn't be able to give the role her full attention for the moment.
"There were talks," Rita revealed to The Mirror this week. "But if I were to take on that role it would have to be at a point when I could give it my full attention.
"I have so much to accomplish first and it's kind of a full-time job being on X Factor," the 'Shine Ya Light' singer explained. "It's not like a nine to five. It's constant, for months."
"Not that I have anything against it," Rita clarified. "I love it but if I was to take on a full-time role it would be at a point when I'm loads of albums in."

Despite turning down a spot on the ITV show's panel, Rita confirmed she would still return as a guest judge if asked back for the 2013 series.
The 2012 judging panel features Gary Barlow, Tulisa Contostavlos, Nicole Scherzinger and Louis Walsh, although there has been no confirmation on the line-up for this year's series.
Rita Ora recently praised Beyonce's performance at the US Super Bowl 2013 last weekend, claiming the US star had "changed humanity" with her show.
