8. Did Måneskin win Eurovision?
In 2021, Damiano David represented Italy in Eurovison with Måneskin and their song 'Zitte e Buoni'. The band won the competition by a landslide with a total of 524 points. After winning the prize, Damiano said: “We just want to say to the whole of Europe, to the whole world, Rock’n’Roll never dies!” Shortly aterforwds, ‘Zitte e Buoni’, ‘I Wanna Be Your Slave' and various other Måneskin tracks began dominating streaming services worldwide.
