The 'R.I.P.' singer says she was nervous after auditions began in London earlier this week.
Rita Ora has said Gary Barlow was "hotter" than she expected after spending a day with him on The X Factor judging panel.
The 'R.I.P.' singer was drafted in as a guest judge alongside the Take That star, Tulisa Contostavlos and Louis Walsh at the London auditions on Monday (28th May).
Rita said she enjoyed spending time with the judges, despite finding it "tough" in the beginning.
Speaking to Capital FM, Rita said of Gary: "He's wicked and he's actually hotter than I thought. I think Gary's a really good looking lad.
"He's very smart. He's Gary Barlow – he's great at his craft and he knows exactly what he's talking about so I'm really excited to be sat next to someone like that."
The X Factor bosses have been using guest judges after Kelly Rowland left the show before the auditions began.
Meanwhile, Rita Ora is among the acts set to perform at Capital FM's Summertime Ball in London next month.
