It's a good job Cheryl's a regular in the gym because she'll need all the energy she can get when she becomes the first female to play both nights of the Jingle Bell Ball in the same weekend this December. The 'Call My Name' star will play day one on her own before returning on the Sunday to perform with Girls Aloud.
