Little Mix: "One Direction Are Just Five Down To Earth Normal Guys" – Video

The 'Wings' stars speak to Capitalfm.com about their feelings on the 'One Thing' boy band.

Little Mix have revealed that they think One Direction's popularity is down to the fact that so many people can relate to the band.

The X Factor champions told Capitalfm.com that they are big fans of the boy band and that the group are just "normal" and "down to earth".

"They're five down to earth normal guys and I think that's why a lot of girls and boys can relate to them and they're just fun," admitted Jesy Nelson. "They love what they're doing and I think people love to watch them as well because they love what they do."

The girl group also conceded that the five-piece can be very "cheeky" as the opened up on their friendship with the 'What Makes You Beautiful' stars.

Perrie Edwards is currently dating singer Zayn Malik and earlier this year told Capital that she'd heard tracks from the group's forthcoming new studio album and hailed them as "brilliant".
