15. Tate McRae wrote Exes in 30 minutes
Tate McRae made her hit single 'Exes' in half an hour. Speaking to People, she said: "The last song we did was 'Exes.' We wrote it in 30 minutes — finished the whole song in 60 to 90 minutes, had it fully produced and vocal tracked and everything. We send it to the label, and they said, 'Next single.' It was the quickest process ever." She filmed the video a week later and released the song just two weeks after she wrote it. [RCA Records]
