Stranger Things star Maya Hawke releases the music video to her lead single 'To Love a Boy'.
Stranger Things 3 fans fell in love with Maya Hawke this summer as Steve Harrington's hilarious Scoops Ahoy co-worker and fellow Scoops Trooper, Robin Buckley. You might already know Maya comes from Hollywood royalty (Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke are her parents) but you might not know that Maya is also a very talented musician.
The singer and actress recently shared two new songs called 'To Love a Boy' and 'Stay Open'. Maya also released the music video for the lead release, 'To Love a Boy'.

In the video for 'To Love a Boy', Maya plays a mermaid who is stolen from the ocean and forced to assimilate on dry land. The dreamy DIY-esque video is set to an equally dreamy song with lyrics like "I want to love a boy the way I love the ocean" and "I thought I had a man/Someone who could hold me/But nobody can/I wish someone had told me".
