The 'Baby' singer posts a series of videos from in the studio and jokes that the new boy band only survived for seven minutes.
Justin Bieber and Maroon 5 front man Adam Levine have told their fans that their newly formed supergroup is called The Whirling Dervishes
The 'Never Say Never' star teased his fans with a big announcement before posting up a few video clips from the studio.
He tweeted: "me, @adamlevine and @kennyhamilton have a major announcement from the studio. wanna hear? Trend #SUPERGROUP."
The video shows Justin, his bodyguard Kenny Hamilton and Adam sat down with the Canadian artist stating he would be delaying his new album 'Believe' to work on the new band which they described as "a better version of The Beatles".
The next upload showed a saddened Justin who admits the Maroon 5 man already quit before posting another video stating they only lasted seven minutes.
Meanwhile, Justin is readying the release of his new single 'Boyfriend' and yesterday (16th March) took to his Twitter account to ask fans to choose the single cover artwork for the track which will be released on 26th March.
