Jess wrapped up a hit-filled #CapitalSTB set with her MASSIVE number one single.

Jess Glynne cemented herself as one of the BIGGEST female stars right now with her set at Capital's Summertime Ball with Vodafone set and there was NO stopping her by the time she rounded things off with her last track.

Jess picked one of her true fan faves to close off the set - bringing 'Hold My Hand' to the 80,000 fans in attendance at Wembley Stadium for this summer's BIGGEST party.

'Hold My Hand' was the third track to be released from 'I Cry When I Laugh' and stayed several weeks at number one on the Vodafone Big Top 40 after its release back in March 2015.
