Jess Glynne fans, get ready to hear what is probably one of her most beautiful performances to date - accompanied just by a keyboard, Jess performed a stripped back version of her new song 'Take Me Home' especially for Global's Make Some Noise charity.
'Take Me Home' is the next cut from Jess' debut album 'I Cry When I Laugh' which shot straight to number one on it's release, and her exclusive live performance is definitely not one to be missed.
Global’s Make Some Noise is a national charity that helps to change young lives, brought to you by by 8 of the best loved commercial radio stations in the UK, Capital, Capital XTRA, Heart, Classic FM, Smooth, LBC, Radio X and Gold.
We’re raising money for disadvantaged children across the UK, culminating in our big day on Thursday 8th October.
