The star talks to Capitalfm.com after finishing his set at the O2 Arena.
Olly Murs has spoken exclusively to Capitalfm.com following his performance at the Jingle Bell Ball in London tonight (3rd December).
The Xtra Factor host delighted fans at the O2 Arena with a hit-laden set, that saw Rizzle Kicks join him on 'Heart Skips A Beat'.
Speaking immediately after walking off stage, Olly said: "That was crazy. I'm absolutely shattered. I jumped too much – it was really warm in there.
"I hoped they enjoyed the opening. I just tried to get everyone in a good mood before the rest of the show. We played all the hits."
Olly, who had to leave straight away to host The Xtra Factor, added that he felt overwhelmed by the fan reaction.
He said: "They were absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much to Capital for getting me involved. It was great to open and it's just a shame I can't be hear for the rest of the night."
The 'Dance With Me Tonight' star also said he was hopeful that he could secure a number one album this weekend.
