Olly Murs And Calvin Harris To Play 2011 Jingle Bell Ball

Olly Murs and Calvin Harris are to first acts confirmed to play the opening day of this year's Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball in London.

The event will once again take place at the O2 Arena over the weekend of the 3rd-4th December.

Olly, whose latest single 'Heart Skipped A Beat' went straight in at number one, is currently hosting the Xtra Factor and will arrive at the Ball fresh off the release of his new album 'In Case You Didn't Know'.

Calvin joins the bill following the release of his new single with Rihanna, 'We Found Love'.

Additional acts due to appear at the Jingle Bell Ball will be announced throughout the morning (29th October) on Capital FM – so stay tuned.

In previous years, the Jingle Bell Ball has featured performances from the likes of JLS, The Saturdays, Black Eyed Peas, The Wanted and Tinie Tempah.

Tickets for the 2011 Jingle Bell Ball with Windows 7 go on general sale on Monday (31st October) at 8am.

But Capital FM VIPs will be given exclusive access to a ticket pre-sale, which opens on Sunday (30th October) at 10am.
