The Canadian's hit single is the latest track to be pieced together with clips from the American leader's speeches.

Justin Bieber's hit song 'Boyfriend' has been covered by President Barack Obama in a hilarious new spoof video.

The lyrics from the 'Somebody To Love' star's track have been pieced together with clips from the US leader's political speeches.

The footage opens with Barack mentioning the teen star during a celebrity basketball match before the familiar sound of the track kicks in.

The President was last seen doing a cover of Carly Rae Jepsen's 'Call Me Maybe' in another parody video and has also lent his talents to the lyrics of LMFAO's 'Sexy And I Know It'.

Justin recently asked fans to post online submissions for a girlfriend response video to the song to coincide with the launch of his new perfume of the same name.

Meanwhile, the Canadian star – who recently released his new studio album 'Believe' – was seen putting chat show host Jimmy Fallon in a headlock during a sketch on the comedian's show this past week.

The 'One Time' singer is also preparing to head out on his 'Believe' world tour later this year.
