Madison Beer originally posted covers to YouTube, before one particular video of her singing Etta James - At Last blew up after Justin Bieber posted it to his social media channels in 2012. Off the back of that, her name began trending on Twitter, and she was later signed to Bieber’s record label then in conjunction with Scooter Braun, Island Records.
