Taylor Swift Called "So Funny" By New Girl Star Zooey Deschanel After Guest Spot - Video

The '22' singer tweeted fans to say she was watching her appearance on the season finale last night.
Taylor Swift has been praised as "awesome" and "so funny" by New Girl star Zooey Deschanel after her guest appearance on the FOX comedy last night (14th May).
The 'I Knew You Were Trouble' singer made a cameo appearance on the season finale of the show this week as wedding guest Elaine, with the episode in question also being named after her character.
Taylor herself tweeted fans to say she was watching the episode on Tuesday evening, which sees her character attending the wedding of main character CeCe and her fiancé Shivrang and inadvertently causing disaster in the process.
"About to watch the New Girl season finale and I totally would be even if I wasn't in this episode," Taylor tweeted last night.

Series star Zooey Deschanel had high words of praise for Taylor this past week during her appearance on US chat show Katie, naming the '22' singer a "wonderful person".
"I love her! She's so sweet, and really tall!" Zooey revealed. "She's surprisingly tall. I kept being like, 'Somebody bring me a pair of heels!' [because] I just looked like a shrimp!
"She is awesome and so funny," the actress added. "She's a wonderful person and so talented."
Taylor Swift is currently expected to debut her Ed Sheeran collaboration 'Everything Has Changed' as her next UK single, with the 'Lego House' singer recently teasing fans with the prospect of another duet from the pair.
