Madison Beer also took to Instagram to make clear that she is friends with both Selena Gomez and Hailey Bieber.
Selena Gomez has called out fans who have been telling Madison Beer to "kill herself" after having dinner with Hailey Bieber.
Last Friday (Jan 10), Selena Gomez released her highly-anticipated new studio album Rare. The record has since risen to the top of iTunes charts all around the world and received widespread critical acclaim. To celebrate the project, Selena went to a restaurant with her collaborators on Saturday and Madison Beer happened to be there with Hailey Bieber at the same time.

Immediately, false rumours began circulating that Madison and Hailey crashed Selena's party on purpose and fans of Selena began posting hate messages on Madison's social media posts. Now, Selena and Madison have shut down the rumours.
Taking to Twitter yesterday morning (Jan 12), Madison wrote in a since deleted tweet: "Nothing like waking up and being told kill yourself". She also took to her latest Instagram post to clap back at the hate: "these rumors are getting insane. i just had dinner with my friend hailey of 10 years... and that's it? how is that a crime? i love selena... always have (as y'all know.)"
Madison then added: "and i would literally never in a million years try to upset her??? this is just mean and unnecessary and nothing happened. it was just a coincidence, you're bullying me for no reason." Madison even complimented Selena on her new album Rare on Instagram live on Friday (Jan 10). She wrote: "I'm so proud of you. i love u".
Seeing the drama, Selena followed suit by slamming anyone "bullying" Madison in Madison's Instagram comments. On the same post she commented: "This is disgusting reading all of this. This wasn't intentional whatsoever. I'm so disappointed that people would speak to someone like this."
Selena continued: "I have known Madison since she was a baby and watched her continue to become the woman she is. There is no issue".
Fans of Madison and Selena will already know that their friendship goes way back. Madison was actually signed to her first record label after Justin Bieber tweeted about one of her YouTube covers. While she was dating Justin, Selena then met and became good friends with Madison, and they've stayed close with each other ever since.
This isn't the first time that Selena has criticised her own fans either. When she released 'Lose You to Love Me' in October, she called them out for trolling Hailey Bieber. On Instagram live, she said: "I do not stand for women tearing other women down and I will never ever. If you're my fans, don't be rude to anybody please."
In other words, there is no drama between Selena, Madison and Hailey and the "bullying" needs to stop.
