The 'Best Song Ever' stars chat with Marvin backstage at the BRITs about their award wins and future plans.
One Direction says it's "amazing" to walk away with two gongs at the BRIT Awards 2014, while revealing exclusively to Capital that their new album is sounding "pretty good".
The 'Midnight Memories' band stopped by Capital backstage at the BRITs to chat with presenter Marvin Humes, fresh from winning awards for both British Video and Global Success.
"I never thought we'd even win one [but] to win four, lads what are we doing?" Liam joked while chatting to Marvin after the show. "When it's something like the Global Success award at the BRITs it's amazing.
"We never expected to be in this position. To win something that's global but from the BRITs, where we all come from, minus Niall! It's incredible," Liam added.
The 'Best Song Ever' five-piece also confirmed they are working hard on new music for their upcoming fourth studio album, revealing the new songs are sounding "pretty good".
"We've been writing, all of us have been writing the next album," Liam promised. "There's another album coming out soon and it's sounding pretty good."
