Demi Lovato Names Lady Gaga As Dream Replacement For Britney Spears On The X Factor USA

The 'You & I' singer has been hailed as an ideal replacement for The X Factor USA judging panel.

Demi Lovato has named Lady Gaga as her dream replacement for Britney Spears on the new season of The X Factor USA.

The 'I Wanna Go' singer confirmed last month that she will not be back for a second season of the hit US talent show, and Demi says she would love to see 'Marry The Night' star Lady Gaga sign up for the 2013 season.

"I would love to see Lady Gaga," Demi revealed to Extra this week, when asked who she wants to see on the panel. "I don't know if that's possible or not."

The 'Heart Attack' singer also spoke about her own potential return for another season on the show, and admitted that none of the panel know for sure whether they will be back.

"I have no idea what's gonna happen next season and I don't anybody does," Demi explained. "It's just crazy 'cause at the same time, just like L.A. is, I'm trying to build a career for my own too.

"It was an amazing experience and I loved doing this show. It's just, there's no way to tell."
