The 'Boyfriend' singer and UK boy band have topped the rankings for powerful young stars.
Justin Bieber has been named the most powerful music star under 21, while UK boy band One Direction have emerged as runners-up on the newly published rankings.
The 'Boyfriend' singer has topped Billboard's 21 under 21 list for the second year running, after huge success over the past twelve months with his Christmas album 'Under The Mistletoe' and new studio album 'Believe' earlier this summer.
One Direction rank at number two on the list, which was unveiled this week, after their first year in the industry saw them launch themselves across America and score a number one album on the US Billboard Top 200 with their debut 'Up All Night'.
The list sees The X Factor US judge Demi Lovato place at number three after a successful past year, while Justin Bieber's girlfriend Selena Gomez is at number six.
Former X Factor UK star Cher Lloyd has also made the 21 under 21 top ten after placing at number eight following her launch stateside with debut single 'Want U Back'.
