The 'Boyfriend' star's $100,000 luxury motor is one of 2,000 which will need to be checked over after recent incident.
Justin Bieber and Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio are among 2,000 owners of a luxury hybrid car which has been recalled by the manufacturers, reports the LA Times.
An incident in a parking lot in California - which saw one of the Fisker's Karma's go up in flames due to a cooling fan - has lead to the decision from the company.
No one was injured in the accident and Fisker is understood to have contacted all the owners and to arrange a time to replace the cooling fan with an additional fuse added for extra protection.
Justin's car was handed to him by his manager Scooter Braun and mentor Usher on his 18th birthday earlier this year and features an all chrome design.
The Canadian's $100,000 car was recently involved in a high speed chase with paparazzi which lead to one photographer facing up to a year in jail due to his part in the pursuit.
Meanwhile, the teen star is currently busy in rehearsals for his upcoming 'Believe' world tour which kicks off next month.
He recently asked for dancers to audition for a place on the jaunt by submitting clips onto social sharing site YouTube.
He will bring the tour over to the UK for a series of dates in February and March.
