The 'Tik Tok' singer is writing a song for the Canadian pop star and will also contribute vocals to the track.
Justin Bieber will reportedly record a duet with Ke$ha for his upcoming third studio album 'Believe'.
The 'Baby' singer is currently in the recording studio working on the follow-up to 2011's 'Under The Mistletoe', and has the 'We R Who We R' singer has allegedly penned a song for the album.
According to Hollywood Life Ke$ha "would also be part of the song in a duet capacity".
As well as her career as a singer Ke$ha has also written songs for the likes of Kelly Clarkson and Britney Spears, for whom she wrote her hit single 'Till The World Ends'.
'Somebody To Love' singer Justin recently confirmed he has recorded a collaboration with Lil Wayne for the new album, while boy Kanye West and Drake will also feature on the record.
Justin Bieber is expected to launch his new album 'Believe' later this year.
