Justin Bieber Files Harassment Complaint Against "Maniac" Paparazzi?

The 'Never Say Never' star was involved in a high speed car chase with photographers in Los Angeles.
Justin Bieber has reportedly filed a harassment compliant against a member of the paparazzi who chased him down a Los Angeles freeway on Friday (6th July).
The 'Somebody To Love' star apparently called the driver a "maniac" who put "several lives in danger", according to gossip site TMZ.
The complaints followed reports that the car chase reached speeds in excess of 100mph with some paparazzi driving on the hard shoulder in pursuit of the Canadian star.
The 'One Time' singer was apparently also seen speaking to police on the set of his new music video for latest single 'As Long As You Love Me' where he made the statement.
The website also reported that the photographer was also seen on the set of the singer's latest promo.

The teen star's new promo could also be set to feature Will.i.am and Usher after the singer teased their presence on set via his Twitter account.
Meanwhile, the singer recently added new dates to his upcoming 2013 UK arena tour due to popular demand.
The 'Boyfriend' star also recently opened up on some of his diverse musical tastes admitting he was a big fan of the likes of Metallica and Guns N' Roses.
