The 'Boyfriend' singer was "pulling away" when the photographer caught a compromising photo of the pair.
Justin Bieber's representatives have hit out at the recent claims he "groped" a fan during a meet and greet backstage on his 'Believe' tour.
The 'As Long As You Love Me' singer came under fire by many online publications for the image after it appeared he was touching the girl's chest.
"That definitely did not happen," the rep told E! Online. "He was pulling away from her. It's ridiculous."
The fan in question has also come out to defend the Canadian star this week insisting the "grope" never occurred.
Justin has yet to address the reports himself, but did seemingly aim a message at the claims on his Twitter account last night.
