The 'Baby' singer says he is helping the comedian reach a younger audience in the hilarious footage.
Justin Bieber joined Billy Crystal in his Oscars 2012 opening skit which parodied the movie Midnight In Paris.
The comedian can be seen running to a car which contains the teen star as well as well as a super imposed Billy dressed up as the late Sammy Davis Jnr.
After asking why the Canadian pop star was there, Justin said: "I'm here to give you the 18-24 demographic."
The comedian also made headlines for the footage after he kissed George Clooney in a spoof scene from the actor's movie The Descendants.
The scenes were shown as part of the opening of the 84th Academy Awards which took place in Hollywood last night (26th February).
Meanwhile, Justin is currently putting the finishing touches to his new studio album 'Believe' and recently unveiled his new collaborative song with Far East Movement 'Live My Life'.
