The 'Beauty And A Beat' singer says his UK fans made some of the "other stuff" worth it during his stay.

Justin Bieber has been forced to cancel one of his 'Believe' world tour shows this week in Portugal due to "unforeseen circumstances", while he has also taken to Twitter to reassure fans he will return to the UK in the future.

Rumours over the weekend suggested the singer was keen to put his recent visit to Britain behind him, after a series of incidents during his stay that included a paparazzi altercation and a brief stay in hospital.

However, Justin has now told fans he will be back and has appreciated the support of his UK fans during the past two weeks.

"I was always scheduled to leave the UK that day… and I loved every show I had at the O2 this past week," Justin tweeted over the weekend. "The UK Beliebers are incredible.

"I will be back. and I will see u again. and I am grateful for all of u. U are what made some of the other stuff ;) worth it," the 'As Long As You Love Me' singer added. "I love my #beliebers - relax. I always got u. always gonna be there. much love."

Now that the UK leg of Justin's 'Believe' tour is over the Canadian superstar has headed out to continue the jaunt across Europe, but has already had to cancel one show in Portugal scheduled for this coming week.

The 'All Around The World' singer was due to perform two shows at the Pavilhao Atlantico in Lisbon across tonight (11th March) and tomorrow, but has now cancelled the second performance.
