Adele Tops Rich List Of The UK's Highest Earning Young Musicians For Second Year

'Call My Name' singer Cheryl has also scored highly coming second for the second time in a row.

Adele and Cheryl Cole have been officially named the highest earning young musicians in the UK, with the 'Someone Like You' singer topping the list for the second year in a row.

'Rolling In The Deep' star Adele is reported to be have a fortune estimated at £30 million, up by £10 million on her total in 2012, fuelled by sales of her album '21' and the success of her James Bond theme 'Skyfall'.

The Sunday Times Rich List released their new countdown this week, with Cheryl coming in at number tow for the second year running at an estimated £14 million, after spending much of the past year touring both as a solo artist and with Girls Aloud.

The X Factor UK star Leona Lewis comes in at number three with £12 million, with stars including Florence Welch, Lily Allen, Jessie J, Nadine Coyle and JLS all featuring in the top ten rankings of the rich list.

'Live While We're Young' singers One Direction are reported to be worth £5 million each, at a combined total of £25 million between all five members of the successful boy band.

Adele is currently believed to be starting work on her third studio album after several awards successes this year already.
