Worried about how long you're spending binging on boxsets? Well you're not alone - Netflix is taking over the world!
We've all been there, hitting play on a lazy Saturday afternoon and not realising how much you've marathoned a show until Netflix asks you if you're still watching.
Yes, you really did just sit through 8 hours of "WTF?"s in Pretty Little Liars and 5 episodes of "LOL!"s in Kimmy Schmidt - but you're not alone!

Some boffins at CordCutting.com have crunched the numbers and worked out that we GENUINELY spend more time watching Netflix than we do socialising with friends, working out and relaxing... COMBINED!
Don't believe it? Well here's an ACTUAL graph - so it must be true!
The average person in America reportedly watches Netflix for 100 minutes every day, but only spend around 38 minutes a day with friends.
So there you have it, we're all officially super lazy - but at least we're all in the same boat together!
