Kylie Jenner "fears for her safety" after a fan tried to get in her house

Kylie has been left in "emotional distress" because of the incident.

Kylie Jenner has reportedly filed a restraining order against a fan who turned up at her house uninvited on Tuesday (29 October).

According to documents obtained by E! (home of Keeping Up With The Kardashians) the man managed to trek through Kylie’s gated community in Calabasas, California, and get on to her driveway. He then walked up to her front door and knocked "aggressively", claiming he was there to visit Kylie. Apparently, TMZ reports that he was carrying a "glass pipe" and behaving "erratically".

Luckily, a security guard escorted the man off of Kylie's property and he was later arrested for trespassing. He later pleaded not guilty to the trespassing charge and an additional charge of bringing contraband, a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, into the jail where he was booked.

It hasn't been confirmed if Kylie's one-year-old daughter, Stormi Webster, was there at the time of the incident but according to the documents, Kylie fears for her safety. "I have suffered, and continue to suffer emotional distress," Kylie said. "I have a young child and also fear for her safety."

A court hearing is scheduled on 20 November and in the meantime the man has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Kylie, her property, place of work and car. He will return to court for a preliminary hearing on 12 November.

This comes after Kylie's older sister Kendall Jenner experienced a similar ordeal in October 2018. A man named John Ford repeatedly made his way on to her property leaving the supermodel in distress. Kendall filed a restraining order against Ford – who is Canadian – and he was deported back to his native country in June.
