There's Actually Two Harry Potter's & We Feel Like Our Whole Childhood Was A Lie

Sorry, what?
When the final book came out in 2007, Harry Potter fans were pretty devastated that their favourite franchise was over, but they quickly learnt that they had nothing to worry about because JK Rowling has kept the magic going over on Pottermore.
Thanks to the website, Cursed Child and Fantastic Beasts, we’ve had a regularly dose of the magical world and for that, we’re forever grateful.
However, in one of Rowling’s latest posts on Pottermore, the author delved into Harry’s family tree.
Turns out, Harry Potter isn’t the only Harry Potter. Harry’s great-grandfather was named Henry Potter but was known to his close friends as… Harry.
Mind. Blown.
Even more mind blowing is that Harry’s great-grandfather was a bit of a revelation for the wizarding world too, because according to Rowling he publicly condemned the then Minister of Magic for forbidding the magical community to help Muggles during the First World War…
… so he was a pretty good guy then.
However, his outspokenness was the reason that the Potters were basically excluded from the Sacred Twenty-Eight (reminder: the Sacred Twenty-Eight were the 28 British families that were considered “truly pure-blood”).
brb. Just off for a lie down because we can barely cope with all these revelations.
P.S. In other important wizarding news, fans reckon they've found the first and only Harry Potter sex scene.
