Taylor Swift Joined By Sam Smith For 'Money On My Mind' During 'Red' UK Tour - Video

The '22' star performed the UK star's new single as a surprise duet on night two of her 'Red' tour.

Taylor Swift surprised her 'Red' UK tour audience yet again on Sunday evening (2nd February) when she invited Sam Smith on stage for a duet.

The 'I Knew You Were Trouble' singer intro ducted the 'Latch' singer to fans at London's O2 Arena for the second night of her UK tour, with the pair going on to sing his future hit single 'Money On My Mind' together.

"I had a feeling this was going to be an amazing crowd so I planned ahead," Taylor teased the crowd ahead of his surprise appearance. "Let me tell you a little bit about this special guest performer.

"One of my favourite things about coming to London is I get to turn on the radio and listen to hits we don't have in the US yet," she continued. " I think you'll be just as excited as I am when I tell you Sam Smith is here for you."

The pair seemed equally excited as each other about their surprise duet, with both taking to Twitter after the show to gush about the duet.

"Tonight at the O2, @samsmithworld sang my new favorite song "Money On My Mind" and smashed it! You need this song/artist in your life!" Taylor tweeted, while Sam Smith wrote: "Thank you so much to the gorgeous @taylorswift13 for singing 'money on my mind' with me tonight at the O2!!"

The previous night Taylor was joined by close friend Ed Sheeran on stage to sing 'Lego House' together.

Sam Smith is set to release new single 'Money On My Mind' on 16th February, while Taylor Swift's 'Red' tour continues on Tuesday 4th February at London's O2 Arena.
