The 'Where Have You Been' singer is also joined on the current line-up by Fun. and Mumford & Sons.
Rihanna and Taylor Swift are among the first confirmed performers for the Grammy Awards 2013 next month in Los Angeles.
The 'We Found Love' star was announced as a guest performer by the official Grammy Awards Twitter feed earlier today (9th January), while US star Taylor as well as Mumford & Sons, The Black Keys and Fun. have also been confirmed.
"Psst! Want to hear who the first round of performers are for the 55th #GRAMMYs?!" The awards show announced today. "First round of performers for 55th #GRAMMYs! *drum roll* @theblackkeys @OurNameIsFun @MumfordAndSons @Rihanna @TaylorSwift13."
This year's Grammy Awards is set to be hosted for the second time by LL Cool J, while 'I Knew You Were Trouble' singer Taylor Swift will be pulling double duty as a co-host as well as a performer.
The US singer-songwriter is also up for three awards at the event including Record Of The Year for 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together' and two awards for her collaboration with The Civil Wars on 'Safe & Sound'.

Bajan pop star Rihanna has also been given the nod in three Grammy categories, including Best Pop Solo Performance for 'Where Have You Been', Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for her Jay-Z team-up 'Talk That Talk' and Best Short Form Music Video for her massive Vodafone Big Top 40 number one 'We Found Love'.
The 55th Annual Grammy Awards 2013 takes place from the Staples Center in Los Angeles on 10th February.
