The 'Little Things' stars have also been taking spin classes to get fit and in shape for the world tour.

One Direction have reportedly started taking Zumba dance fitness classes in recent weeks in a bid to shape up ready for their 'Take Me Home' world tour.

According to new reports, the 'Live While We're Young' singers have been trying their hand at the fitness craze ahead of the tour launch next week at London's O2 Arena (23rd February).

"The lads are not natural movers so them dancing to Latin music is a sight to behold," a source told The Sun this week. "But they know it's good for fitness so they're putting in the graft."

One Direction's bosses are also said to have ordered them to take part in morning spin classes to get fighting fit for the tour, as well as to avoid late nights out, cigarettes and alcohol while touring the world.

The 'Little Things' five-piece will take part in a ten-month tour from next week, performing 117 date shows across the globe starting out in the UK.

The band's new charity single 'One Way Or Another' received its first play on Capital FM this morning (15th February), which was hailed as "amazing" and "better than the original" by their fans on Twitter.

This week also saw the unveiling of the first full trailer for One Direction's concert movie 1D3D, which drops in cinemas on 30th August this summer.

One Direction will launch their 'Take Me Home' world tour on 23rd February in London, three days after playing the BRIT Awards 2013 (20th February).
