One Direction's Louis Tomlinson Says Harry Styles Speculation Is "Hard To Deal With"

The 'Gotta Be You' star says it is becoming less funny when people speculate about the two's relationship.

One Direction star Louis Tomlinson says fan speculating about his friendship with fellow band member Harry Styles can be difficult to deal with because he is in a relationship.

The 'One Thing' singer, whose girlfriend is student Eleanor Calder, says the rumours about his and Harry's close friendship has "affected" the way the two act around each other in public.

"This is a subject that was funny at first but now is actually hard to deal with as I am in a relationship," Louis revealed in an interview with Tumblr's Storyboard project. "Me and Harry are best friends, people look into our every move.

"If is actually affecting the way me and Harry are in public," the 'Gotta Be You' star explained. "We want to joke around but there seems to be a different rumour every time we do anything.

"I act the same way with Harry as I do any of the other boys and my childhood friend Stan."

A publicist for Louis denying claims that he and Eleanor had become engaged last week, ahead of their holiday away to Nice, France.

Last week the 'What Makes You Beautiful' stars confirmed they were filming a new photoshoot for their next album at a secret location in the UK.

One Direction are expected to release the follow-up to their 2011 debut 'Up All Night' before the end of the year.
