The 'Dance With Me Tonight' singer reveals that images of himself abroad last year left him embarrassed.
Olly Murs has confessed that he will be looking after himself during the festive period to avoid appearing in pictures looking "fat on the beach" again.
The 'Heart Skips A Beat' singer admitted he was left shocked by images he saw of himself in the Caribbean and will be eating healthy and looking after himself this year.
"I really don't want to look fat on the beach," he told The Sun. "I'm trying to eat healthily and look after myself.
Having soaked up the sun in Barbados for his winter vacation last year, he is looking for a new destination.
"I really want to go Brazil," he added. "I really need somewhere that's hot."

Upon his return from the holiday at the beginning of the year, he underwent an intense training regime to get in fighting shape for his debut arena tour.
Olly will also be heading out on his second UK arena tour in March 2013 and recently added new shows in London to the outing.
His new album 'Right Place Right Time' will be release next week and includes new Vodafone Big Top 40 number one single 'Troublemaker'.
