The 'Troublemaker' singer says the X Factor star had "a go" at his co-host during this year's series.
Olly Murs has confirmed that controversial The X Factor UK contestant Christopher Maloney once "had a go" at Olly's fellow The Xtra Factor presenter Caroline Flack during the recently finished series of the ITV show.
The 'Heart Skips A Beat' singer admits that it must have been "hard" for Christopher, who finished in third place on the 2012 series, to be booed each week but has criticised him for his argument with co-host Caroline.
"He did once have a go at Caroline [Flack]," Olly reveals to Alan Carr during this week's Chatty Man, reports The Sun. "He said something in a newspaper and then he came on The Xtra Factor so that was awkward.
"To have been booed every week must have been hard. It even happened to him at the final and I was like, 'Come on'. He is changing his life, even if he has become a complete… He is still a nice guy.

The 'Troublemaker' singer also revealed that memorable 2012 contestant Rylan Clark recently had a close encounter with one of his friends after a night out with all of The X Factor UK crew.
"I can't drink at the moment as I am still recovering from that night," Olly added, regarding a celebratory night out after the final on Sunday (9th December). "One of my straight mates snogged Rylan too!"
Olly Murs is currently promoting his recently released third album 'Right Place Right Time' and is due to head out on the road with Robbie Williams on his 2013 UK stadium tour in June next year.
