The 'Wrecking Ball' star says she's worried about the tongue becoming her trademark.
Miley Cyrus says she might "retire" sticking her tongue out to pose for pictures and performances after worrying that it's "getting a little old".
The 'We Can't Stop' singer has built up a reputation for always being pictured with her tongue out, joking that it's named the "Miley tongue", but says it might not be her trademark for much longer.
"It's the new Miley tongue, it's kind of like my style now," Miley revealed on French television series Le Grand Journal during her visit to Paris this month. "They're all doing it.
"But it's getting a little old, I'm going to have to retire it!" the US star teased.
Miley went on to joke about her tongue and how much she wishes she could touch her nose with it.
"For as long as it is, you would think that I could touch my nose!' Miley revealed. "I mean I've tried it, I can't, I"m so close!"
This week Miley unveiled the music video for her new single 'Wrecking Ball', and went on to break the VEVO record for most views in 24 hours with 19.3m in total.
