The 'Lights' singer is back with the video for her brand new single from upcoming album 'Halcyon'.
Ellie Goulding has unveiled the ghostly themed music video for her latest single 'Anything Could Happen'.
The song serves as Ellie's lead single from her forthcoming second album 'Halcyon', due out this October, and the singer released the track's music video online this week.
The 'Anything Could Happen' video opens with Ellie waking up on a rocky beach side dressed in a cream gown while surrounded by strange objects and silver floating globes.
The video continually flashes back to a car scene with Ellie and a man before the two crash into another car, suggesting Ellie's ethereal appearance in the opening is due to her death in the accident.
After unveiling 'Anything Could Happen' back in August alongside a song lyric music video the 'Starry-Eyed' singer admitted she had been "so nervous" about her fans' reactions to hearing the first track from 'Halcyon'.

The album is Ellie's second full length offering since her 2010 debut 'Lights', which has sold over five million copies worldwide since its release.
Ellie Goulding is set to release' Anything Could Happen' on 30th September while new album 'Halcyon' is out on 8th October.
