The 'Lego House' man brings the crowd to their feet with his duet alongside the legendary star.

Ed Sheeran gave a triumphant performance of his hit single 'The A Team' alongside Sir Elton John at the Grammy Awards 2013.

The pair's duet featured the legendary star sat the piano as he watched on the young Grammy nominee take centre stage stood with his guitar.

The pair were backed by a deep blue and black backdrop as they shared vocal duties on the track.

The 'Drunk' singer had spoken before his set about the nightmares he was suffering and looked emotional as he finished the track – greeted by  rapturous applause.

The pair also gave a high-five to one another at the climax of the track.

Ed will also be hoping to claim the Song Of The Year award on the night for the same track.

Other performances still to come include Fun, Justin Timberlake and Rihanna.

The Grammy Awards 2013 take place live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles tonight (10^th February).
