Adele Breaks Silence Over New Boyfriend Simon Konecki

The '21' star has shot down reports that her boyfriend is still married.

Adele has confirmed that she is dating Simon Konecki, the boss of a Brighton-based charity.

The 'Rolling In The Deep' singer sparked speculation the pair were dating recently after they were spotted on holiday in America together. 

In a blog post on her website, Adele confirmed that they were in a relationship and shot down tabloid reports that claimed Simon was still married. 

She wrote: "This is the first and last time I will comment on the details of my relationship with Simon.

"Contrary to reports and headlines in the press today, Simon is divorced and has been for 4 years."

The '21' star added: "Everyone in our lives separately and together wish us nothing but the best, and vice versa. These are the facts. Take care and see you all in February xx."

Adele is due to make her live UK comeback at the BRIT Awards in London.

Capital FM fans have been using Twitter and Facebook to suggest songs for the singer to perform at the ceremony.

The ceremony for this year's BRIT Awards will take place at London's O2 Arena on 21st February. 

As well as Adele, the ceremony will feature performances from Rihanna, Coldplay, Bruno Mars, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, Ed Sheeran and Blur.
