The 'Rolling In The Deep' continues to break records with her second studio album.
Adele has achieved her 23rd week at the top of the US Billboard Top 200 chart with her second studio album '21'.
The 'Someone Like You' star's Grammy and BRIT Award winning record has now managed to shift over two million copies so far in 2012 making it the first record to do so at a similar time since 50 Cent's 'Get Rich Or Die Tryin'' did in 2003.
If she manages to beat Bruce Springsteen's latest release 'Wrecking Ball' next week, then she will equal the record set by Prince's 'Purple Rain' and the soundtrack to the movie to Saturday Night Fever.
Adele also broke another record recently for one of her singles from the album, after 'Rolling In The Deep' was named the highest digital selling track by a female artist in history in America.
Meanwhile, The Wanted managed to climb to number four on the singles chart with their hit 'Glad You Came' which rose one place from last week's fifth spot.
