The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions apply to the 'T in the Park' radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Sunday 7th July 2013. (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is The Capital Network.
 
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station

Details of the ON AIR Competition:
The opening and closing competition lines will be given out on air by the presenter.
The competition runs on the Capital Network from 19:00 to 22:00.

To enter the on air Competition an Entrant must text 'PARK' when the specified mix is played.

Entrants have the length of the specified mix to text in.
 
Entrants must text the keyword PARK to 83 958 as directed on air.
 
One Entrant will be randomly selected and instantly awarded two tickets to go to T in the Park on 12th  - 14th July 2013 in Scotland.
 
The winner will be notified that they have won on air.
 
The winner will be required to answer their phone, talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected at random.

Eligibility:
The winner must be 18 years of age or over and be a resident of the UK.

Prize Includes:
Tickets to go to T in the Park on 12th  - 14th July 2013 in Scotland, Balado, Kinross.
Staying in the Hearthworks Tipi in The Residence, boutique area.
Winners will get one private helicopter ride in the park.
The prize includes travel to and from the event from within the UK. Travel times will be at the discretion of Global Radio.
