From impromptu gigs in pubs and buses, to popstar workouts and photobombs - it was all kicking off this time last year!
Macklemore & Ryan Lewis perform an impromptu gig on a bus!
We all know that, unless you're in the movie 'Speed', commuting to work or school by bus is never an exciting experience. Macklemore and Ryan Lewis obviously felt the same in January 2014, as the 'Can't Hold Us' duo performed on a packed bus in New York City!
THAT photobomb we'll never forget!
The red carpet of the Golden Globes is traditionally a civilised and glitzy affair - so trust Jennifer Lawrence to bring it back down to OUR level! Poor old Taylor Swift was being interview at the event in LA last year, totally unaware that she was being photobombed by the 'American Hustle' actress! LEGEND!
Ed Sheeran jumps on the impromptu-gig bandwagon...
But unlike Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, he didn't jump on a bus. The 'A-Team' singer surprised locals at a pub in Aberfeldy, Scotland, by jumping on stage and performing with the ska band who'd already been booked by the Scottish watering hole. The crowd went wild, and Ed even treated them to a blast of his own track 'You Need Me, I Don't Need You'.
"I was midway through our third set when some boy asked if he could do a wee set," revealed guitarist Phil Ramsay. "I had nae idea who he was but turns out he's pure famous or something." - we're guessing everyone in Scotland knows that name now!

Think back to early 2014 - a time before Mr Sheeran's second album was DOMINATING the album chart AND The Vodafone Big Top 40! Last January, a Tweet from the flame-haired singer sent the world into meltdown, guessing at the title of his upcoming record!
With hindsight, it could've just been his cat Graham walking on his keyboard, as the album was in fact called 'X'... Didn't stop us all getting excited though!

We're all currently sitting, convincing ourselves that we're going to stick to our New Year's resolution of getting fit (and failing) - we just don't have the willpower that some people do. Jessie J, on the other hand, is not only blasting those abs, she's showing off her full routine on Instagram!
