TOWIE's yearly holiday is being filmed in Sardinia this time around. Here's everything you need to know about the beautiful Italian location.
The TOWIE cast are big sun worshippers, and this year are swapping their usual getaway in Marbella for bellissimo Italy.
Each season the Essex gang head on holiday somewhere new for part of the show, and Sardinia is the location of choice this time around.
Does this mean no carbs before Sards instead? It doesn't have quite the same ring to it.

Where is Sardinia?
The Italian island is the second largest in the Mediterranean sea after Sicily.
Cagliari is the capital, and the beaches are known for their fine sand and clear blue waters.
From the looks of the stars' Instagrams, they were staying in Porto Cervo on the north of the Island.
It's a much more relaxing destination than the usual Marbella, and holidaymakers tend to come here to sample the food rather than neck cocktails.
What will they be getting up to in Sardinia?
Porto Cervo is one of the most expensive holiday resorts in the world, so it's likely TOWIE favourites Chloe Sims and Co. will be enjoying yacht trips and expensive restaurants.
One hotel in the region - Hotel Cala di Volpe - was featured in the 1977 James Bond film The Spy Who Loved Me and came seventh a list of expensive hotel suites compiled by CNN Go in 2012.
We're sure they'll be living the life of luxury out there, and Gemma Collins may reignite her love of cars with a visit to the Bugatti dealership in the local Harrods.
Which TOWIE cast members will be in the new series?
Not all of the cast will be in Sardinia for the group holiday, but there were a number who were spotted arriving by the papparazzi.
This includes James Lock, Yazmin Oukhellou, Pete Wicks, Dan Edgar, Tommy Mallet, Georgia Kousoulou, Amber Turner, and Shelby Tribble, Myles Barnett, and James Diags Bennewith.
Old favourites Gemma Collins and Lauren Pope will be present in the series even if they're not in Sardinia, but sadly Arg will be missing while he works out some issues in rehab.
There have been rumours that Joey Essex is also making a return, so watch this space.
