Owen Warner joined Capital Breakfast fresh out of the I'm a Celebrity Jungle.

Owen Warner has revealed he's yet to go on his phone since leaving I'm a Celebrity.

The runner up joined Capital Breakfast the day after his departure from the jungle.

When asked whether he was surprised by the influx of followers on his social channels, the Hollyoaks actor revealed he was staying away from his phone as everything was already "way too much."

Speaking to Owen over Zoom, Sonny Jay asked: "Mate, be honest, how weird is it getting your phone back and seeing all the messages of support, seeing your Instagram account, you’ve got 400,000 followers now mate, that must be weird?"

In response, Owen shared: "My phone’s still off in my hotel room, like I’ve just left it.”

“I don’t think I’m ready for it mate, real life right now is mad enough, that’s going to be way too much."

Roman then revealed he'd found leaving the jungle equally overwhelming back in 2019, "That is exactly what I did, it took me like two weeks to turn my phone back on."

During the chat Owen also spoke about his hilarious revelations in and out of the camp.

The actor jokingly revealed he was devastated when Ant & Dec had told him Chris Moyles wasn't really a professional dancer and sprinter: “He’s done so much hasn’t he? He’s told me so many mad stories that every time i’ve just gotta lift my jaw because it’s just dropping.”

"So the dancer and the sprinter thing I was just like, yeah, of course he does those things.”

"I wondered why he wasn’t doing the cha cha slide though, like he was holding back.”
