The wonderfully brilliant performance took place on Jimmy Fallon this week and it's one of the best things ever.
Andrew Garfield is set to make the world fall in love with him even more after he performed an acoustic version of The Spider-Man theme on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon last night (1st May).
It looks as though he wasn't content with letting girlfriend Emma Stone steal the musical spotlight last week – when she took part in an epic lip sync battle with the chat show host.
After talking about playing some simple Cat Stevens and Neil Young sounds, Jimmy plucks a guitar from behind his desk and goads the actor into playing a little something.
Seemingly nervous to begin with, Andrew soon gets onto his feet and starts walking around with The Roots backing him up with their full band.
Who do you think wins the title of best musical Jimmy Fallon moment? Andrew or Emma? Let us know in the comments box below.
