Plane Makes Emergency Landing In Dublin

A flight from Manchester to Tenerife has made an emergency landing in Dublin.

A flight which was diverted shortly after take off from Manchester airport this morning has landed safely at Dublin airport.

Flight number TCX2038 which took off from Manchester, and was due to fly to Tenerife made the emergency landing shortly after take off when the pilot realised there was a minor technical fault with the aircraft.

A spokesperson said this was standard procedure in the event of any technical faults.

Thomas Cook say that all 323 passengers are now safely waiting at Dublin airport for a new flight toTenerife.
