American Music Awards 2014: Winners List In Full #AMAs2014

One Direction were the big winners at the 2014 American Music Awards taking home THREE awards including 'Artist Of The Year'.

Katy Perry also walked away with THREE awards including 'Best Single' for her Juicy J collaboration 'Dark Horse'.

Iggy Azalea fought off tough competition from the likes of Eminem and Drake to win TWO awards including 'Favourite Artist (Rap/Hip-Hop), as did Beyonce who secured 'Best Female' and 'Best Album' in the Soul/RnB category. 

Other winner's taking home AMAs includes Sam Smith, 5 Seconds Of Summer, Beyonce and Enrique.

The 42nd American Music Awards was hosted by US rapper Pitbull, and took place at the Nokia Theatre in LA. 

The show featured incredible live performances from the likes of Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Jessie J and Jennifer Lopez.

Nominations: Iggy Azalea, Beyonce, Luke Bryan, Eminem, Imagine Dragons, John Legend, Lorde, One Direction, Katy Perry and Pharrell Williams.

NEW ARTIST OF THE YEAR - WINNER: 5 SECONDS OF SUMMER

Nominations: 5 Seconds of Summer, Iggy Azalea, Bastille, Sam Smith and Meghan Trainor. 

SINGLE OF THE YEAR - WINNER: KATY PERRY FEAT. JUICY J 'DARK HORSE'

Nominations: Iggy Azalea Featuring Charli XCX "Fancy", John Legend "All of Me", MAGIC! "Rude", Katy Perry Featuring Juicy J "Dark Horse" and Pharrell Williams "Happy".
